Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.senpaiheadquarters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Our Standard shipping charge is $7.94 and up depending on the total weight of items.

Refunds:
We allow a 7 day money back guarantee once order has been received. After that, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway.
Exchanges:
We welcome exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, or unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it to Senpai HQ and shipping charges for the new product. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded. There is a $4.00 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of the item.
All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability.
Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at [email protected] immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
